Dave started in the real estate business in 1986 working for a custom home builder supervising construction sites. He worked for two different builders for almost five years before going into partnership with another co-worker and starting a roofing company in 1991.
When he owned his own business, he also remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, performed foundation repair work and flipped houses that his company bought to keep crews busy during the winter months.
