1. We think more serious issue was the roof, should have a big “Red Cross” in your report. Should have made serious comments about the roof and potential to leak due to weak spots and the age of the roof. Should have graphically marked the weak spots on the roof 2. Some important areas were not inspected for various reasons3. More through inspection on exterior structure , foundation and chimney should have been done. These are critical items for the home buyer. Hopefully, next time we hire you, you will strongly consider addressing issues as pointed out by these comments.
