John was Great! Thank you! But I do need to say that I was very disappointed in the lack of communication surrounding our original appointment. We found out the day of the appointment that the inspector was unable to be there but that someone else would be there instead (didn’t need to know any of that – just needed it resolved on your end). But when my clients & the homeowners showed up for the scheduled appointment – the inspector was not there. With all parties being involved in the confusion and a couple calls made, we ended up rescheduling for the following day. Which was fine, but last minute change made it not possible for me to be there for the review/end of the inspection due to another previously scheduled commitment. I understand mistakes happen, but that debacle did not reflect well as a professional recommendation. Honestly, would like to see if a discount/credit could be offered to my clients for their inconvenience and time wasted from work and other obligations.
