The inspector took the time as he completed various portions of his inspection to go over what he found and explain the findings as well as what those findings May mean to me and the potential ramifications that I may have to deal with if I were to purchase this house that I am looking at. I appreciate all the time and information that he gave me. Never impatient or short with answers to my questions.

Inspector was extremely thorough and walked us around the property to explain each finding in an articulate and understandable way. The report was prepared and sent to necessary parties within an hour of concluding the inspection.
