Inspecter was excellent!

Inspector was very good but I was annoyed that after I added on radon inspection (after completion of main inspection) I couldn’t view my home inspection report until I had paid for the radon inspection. I had already paid for the first inspection but couldn’t see it until paying for the later portion.

Very pleased with tech Rose. However, next time would love a quick text when she arrives hour+ early and starts inspect. Buyer & I sitting in car at appt time. Thanks.

I have given Rose’s name to several people. I know one is in the process of scheduling an appointment currently. My wife and Realtor were really happy with the awesome job she had done. I know that my Realtor Brian Duncan now gives her card out to all of his clients. I appreciate the detail that was put into the inspection and how all questions were answered.
