When my husband and I arrived Don was already there working.Informed us of everything he went through and took us back to notify us of a problem.He notified us of thing I wouldn’t even think would be a problem , such as trees over the roof or the tree on the wires. He had a great personality which helped. He inspected everything outside as well as inside.I would use his services again and recommend him to anyone.Thanks Don

US Inspect did not get the time correct. My buyer changed it to accommodate her family but the office scheduled the inspector at the original time. Then he was still half an hour late. He was considerate enough to call but I had pushed back all of my other appointments for the day and could not afford to run any later. He didn’t start the dishwasher right away so it was still running when he left. The listing agent went to the house today and found that the oven had been running all this time. I always check heat, A/C, doors, etc, but have never had to check to make sure an oven was turned off. All in all a poor experience. I’ve attended dozens of inspections but this is the only one that left me at risk as an agent. I would not recommend your company.

Overall it was a very good experience. Wayne Johnson was great, he was great with our clients, he was through and helpful. Reservation process was fast. While we had a miscommunication on the Radon test availability in the state of NJ. With Weichert and USInspect cooperation everything was resolved quickly and to our clients satisfaction. Very Happy

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to be there with my client but the inspector said the heat and air did not work and it was a breaker tripped. I think an inspector should know that much.
