OUTSTANDING service. Inspector showed up early, was kind, pleasant and professional. So pleasant in fact that it took longer than expected because the gentleman was explaining and waking me through all the different things he found. We are under a tight deadline to close, and the inspector spent what I can only imagine as many hours, AFTER an inspection completing his write up. He took time far above and beyond what was expected and away from his other obligations to ensure he was completing the inspection and write up adequately so we had what we needed.The initial contact with US inspect was professional, courteous and kind to ensure we were getting what we needed and required for our inspection after multiple call backs from me to the US inspect scheduling rep.6 out of 5 stars!!!
