John was very thorough and even checked things that fall under the responsibility of building management. I really appreciated how explained how things were supposed to be done and pointed out when they were done correctly and incorrectly. It was very educational!

it was a great experience. John was amazing besides doing a detailed inspection. he was explain how to check on different outlets and filters and how often needs to be replaced. over all it is my first time and got good experience. it was amazing.
