I was not there but we received the very thorough report in a timely way.

We were amazed at the detailed inspection and all the tools/devices used (the terminal gun). The inspector provided a prompt (within two hours) written assessment with pictures and wrote detail explanations of what needed to be fixed and why. We have provided the needed fixes to the builder who agreed to make all the recommend changes to correct the issues found which gives us piece of mind moving into new construction!

The inspector, Jim Wirght is great. He knows his stuff and has a great personality. Highly recommend him.

Inspector started in the crawlspace but I would suggest they do the opposite and wait till the end. Luckily we found a water leak that we wouldn’t have found if we didn’t go back to the crawlspace later in the inspection to look at another issue that was brought up.

Jim and Joe were very professional and careful in their inspection of my prospective home. Both arrived early, were very kind and courteous, open to answering my questions and providing advice, and willing to spend extra time to ensure everything was adequately examined. I’d highly recommend both to friends and family.
