Our inspector, James, was wonderful! He spent a lot of time in our new potential home and made sure to review all his findings with us thoroughly. He has the heart of a teacher and provided a lot of valuable information that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. He was punctual, friendly, very engaged, and helped us feel confident about the home we are buying.

I feel that Jimmy St. Vrain is very thorough and takes his job very seriously. He’s extremely friendly and it’s very obvious that he loves his job.
