The inspector was not social & missed several things. He wouldn’t even check the geothermal unit at all. He said he wasn’t familiar with them and the buyers needed to hire an HVAC guy to check it. I’m sorry but for over $1000 you would think you could at least get an inspection of your HVAC system. He seemed more concerned with the plug ins and the windows and not much else. Didn’t even go over anything he found with the buyers or me. Not happy at all.
