Although the inspector was very kind and helpful, the perception we have of the company is that the process is performed perfunctorily from booking to end. Radon test was not performed due to a booking error. Termite test was sold by agent as package over the phone, also not done nor honored. We had to extend due diligence with sellers due to Rn test results coming after deadline. Water spots on ceiling were missed during inspection and omitted in report, etc.
