Even under the current circumstances with COVID-19, we were able to have a really informative walk through inspection and felt very comfortable asking questions to clarify details with our inspector.

I met with Eric Shires at my new home. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in all phases home construction, plumbing and electrical that I have ever met. He took his time and explained the functions of all appliances, heating and the a/c system. Eric answered all my questions and gave me suggestions for preventative maintenance. It was a pleasure to meet with him

The inspection was very thorough and informative. We enjoyed working with our inspector Eric. However the report was promised at the end of the day but we didn’t receive until late the next day.

Thorough, with explanations we could understand.

The hour is one is late. Prefer during day like between 10 am to 2 pm. We know inspector had booked up.
