I have been referring US Inspect to my clients for approximately 7 years. Bob Egan has such a calming influence on Buyers it really gives them an opportunity to digest the inspection findings and make an educated decision. It’s also good for the Seller because the Buyers are not nitpicking the property and nickle-and-diming the Seller over small dificencies. It’s a win-win. The reports are always accurate, concise and easy to understand. My home inspector of choice is Bob but occasionally I have had to refer out a different HI because of location. Every inspector has been consistent in the quality of reporting, knowledge and professionalism. Bob provides the peace-of-mind needed for a real estate transaction…for Consumers on both sides of the table and their Agents!
