Bob was absolutely wonderful! He seemed thorough and very competent, and he made it a point to kindly and patiently answer our questions, even offering suggestions about renovation ideas and tips on how to save money with said renovations (e.g., having bathroom work done in the winter when contractors can’t work outside). He was a gem and made the process much less intimidating!

Bob Egan is my go to guy for inspections. A busy guy but always flexible. Thorough and does a great job of explaining all aspects of the house and gives perspective to any of the deficiencies. I hesitate to build him up any more as I want him to be available for my next inspection. Another super job.
