Inspector called that he would be late; then called when he arrived to ask about parking, which is street parking in DC; he did not inspire confidence as he admitted not being familiar with DC and properties. Overall, my client is moving forward. However, she did ask if this was a typical experience.

Normally I don’t have any problems with US Inspectors but this inspector was awful
