The inspectors seemed very professional and competent. Since you asked for comments, I’ve come up with a few:
1. The report would have been easier to read if all the shed comments were together;
2. The washer/dryer wasn’t mentioned among the kitchen appliances (though there was some advice on cleaning the dryer vent); I ended up confused about whether the dryer vented outside or inside.
3. I liked the photo of the shut-off valve–helpful.
4. No mention of whether or not there were any GFCI’s, though instructions for their use were provided.
