Used John Burns for inspection on a home and his inspection uncovered items the seller was not willing to fix. We found another home and used US Inspect for it as well. Waited a few extra days to be able to use John again, he was very thorough and explained needed items along the way. Definitely recommend US Inspect and specifically John Burns.
