Scott joins US Inspect with over 15 years of commercial, residential, and multi-family construction experience.
Scott’s experience includes over 15 years in the construction industry from laborer to project manager and eventually licensed General Contractor. He also has 14 years of service in the Air Force, including several years of active duty as well as service in the Air Force Reserves, and is currently in the North Carolina Air National Guard where he inspects and maintains lifesaving equipment onboard aircrafts.
Scott has an eye for detail along with strong analytical skills and building systems knowledge. Using his vast knowledge base, Scott can inspect and explain his reports in an easy-to-understand way so that agents and clients alike know what is happening, what can happen, and the best way to solve any issues that were noted. Scott believes in putting the customer first, and wants to give clients the most accurate information so that they can make the best and most informed decision.
His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management, North Carolina General Contractor license, North Carolina Home Inspection license, FAA Part 107 Drone license, various military accolades and training to include Quality Assurance.
Scott currently resides in Clayton, NC with his family and enjoys wood working and building furniture.
