Our inspector Kurt Froelich went the extra mile! He uncovered several fixes in the crawl space that would have been missed without an extremely thorough inspection. He was certain to call out things that were more worn than expectations or might need replacement soon after purchase even if in workable condition. As another example, knowing we had children, he even called out a few areas where there was poison ivy on the property just to ensure we were aware from a safety perspective.
