I did not care for this particular inspector’s style. His wording on the report is confusing and unclear. We are struggling to work out the addendum with the buyers and sellers. Also the email letting me know we were scheduled as well as the reminder did not have the actual inspectors name or contact information. Lastly the inspection was on a Saturday at 1:00 pm and I did not receive the report until late Monday morning after I called the office to inquire where it was.
