My inspector, Paul, was great. He arrived early and explained the home inspection process. He was very patient and polite when we were stuck waiting for the seller’s agent, who was supposed to be present, to show up. During the inspection he took the time to explain what he was doing and he sent his written report overly promptly within two days so my realtor and I could review it.
