U.S. Inspect Celebrates West Coast Expansion
With California Acquisition 

Chantilly, VA - U.S. Inspect, Inc. today announced the signing of Peak Property Inspections, one of Orange County, California's premier home inspection companies.

Peak Property Inspections prides itself on working closely with Orange County's top real estate agents, offering exceptional service and expertise. In fact, Peak Property Inspections and its team of professional consultants boast nearly 50 years of combined home inspection experience. 

"Joining the U.S. Inspect team provides me the opportunity to expand my business in ways that I would otherwise not be able to. U.S. Inspect brings tremendous resources to the Orange County area and to my clients," stated Steve Ross, President of Peak Property Inspections. As the newly appointed U.S. Inspect Territory Supervisor in California, Ross will lead a team of 10 to 15 consultants.

Peak Property Inspections will undergo a transition period over the next several months, during which time the company will be known as U.S. Inspect/Peak Property Inspections before fully folding in under the U.S. Inspect umbrella.
