U.S. Inspect has been performing high quality residential home inspections in most of the nation’s major markets for several years, and is supplementing its presence in the Southeast Florida and Orlando areas by creating a new team in the greater Tampa Bay area.  The new team in Tampa will be managed by George Rountree, recently relocated for the purpose from Little Rock, Arkansas, and will be supported by veteran Tampa inspector David Rothbart, along with several other inspectors who are currently in the hiring process.

The new team in Tampa is considered an essential component of U.S. Inspect’s Florida presence.  In the words of Keith Ruehl, U.S. Inspect’s Regional Manager the Southeast United States, “Tampa is an wonderful city with much opportunity.  We now have in place the foundation to build a great team in this beautiful city. We are truly excited to be here.”

Rountree joined U.S. Inspect as a manager at the end of 2002.  U.S. Inspect’s CEO Rich Carlson commented:  “We are very excited to be entering the Tampa market under George Rountree's able leadership.  The Tampa community will undoubtedly embrace the winning U.S. Inspect experience and George's sincere commitment to exceptional customer service.  Tampa promises to be a great market for U.S. Inspect with George at the helm.”

Rountree comments on the task ahead: “The timing is right in line with the start of the busy season. Dave and I aren’t going to be pulling any punches this year.  We have a lot of work to do in getting our name out and spreading the word about U.S. Inspect and our services.”
