Enhanced Services to Include Building Diagnostics in Philadelphia Region

Chantilly, VA - U.S. Inspect, Inc. today announced the signing of Kleeman Associates, Inc., one of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania's most prestigious real estate inspection firms.

Founded in 1970, Kleeman Associates boasts more than 30 years of inspection experience in residential and commercial real estate. "Kleeman Associates adds tremendous depth and breadth to the U.S. Inspect team," said President and CEO Richard A. Thompson. "This represents not only an expansion in our residential inspection market, but significantly enhances the U.S. Inspect footprint in the commercial services market." Services offered by U.S. Inspect in the Philadelphia region will now include building diagnostics, such as commercial engineering due diligence and Physical Condition Surveys.

Kleeman's residential services staff will fall under the leadership of Jules Falcone, Area Manager of the Philadelphia region for U.S. Inspect. The remaining commercial services staff will be guided under Kleeman Associates President and newly appointed Manager, Commercial Services, Andrew J. Kleeman.

Brian P. Fimian, U.S. Inspect Founder and Vice President of Acquisitions, views this new venture with excitement and enthusiasm. "Andrew Kleeman and his staff have demonstrated the passion and professionalism it takes to succeed in the real estate industry. I am delighted to welcome such a motivated team. They not only share the vision of U.S. Inspect as America's leading real estate inspection service provider, but will also play a pivotal role in making that vision a reality."

Its seventh successful signing in 2000, U.S. Inspect views this latest agreement as demonstrative of the company's success, which can be attributed to its steadfast commitment to quality service using cutting-edge technology. "U.S. Inspect offers technology and customer support that my firm simply could not match in the future," said Kleeman. "There is no doubt that the joining of our two companies is the right move. U.S. Inspect will empower my staff to better serve our clients and customers."

Kleeman Associates will undergo a transition period over the next few months, during which time the company will be known as U.S. Inspect/Kleeman Associates before fully folding under the U.S. Inspect name.

Kleeman Associates' staff of 18 professionals provides expertise to regional and national lenders, real estate investment entities, Fortune 500 companies, the City of Philadelphia, and individual home buyers in the Greater Philadelphia region.
