FOR IMMEDIATE
RELEASE U.S. Inspect Manager Jim Bloomer Promoted to Area Manager U.S. Inspect, the nation’s leading inspection firm, announced today that Southeast Florida Territory Manager Jim Bloomer has been promoted to U.S. Inspect’s Area Manager/Southeast Florida. Bloomer’s territory will now span from Miami to Vero Beach. Keith Ruehl, U.S. Inspect’s East Regional Manager commented, “Jim has done an outstanding job serving as a Territory Manager within the South East Florida market. I have no doubt that as Area Manager Jim will continue to be a terrific asset to the U.S. Inspect team." Bloomer said he is eager to tackle his new position at U.S. Inspect. “Being a member of the U.S. Inspect team has been a wonderful experience thus far,” Bloomer said. “I have no regrets about having sold my company back in 2001, and I am proud to be working for such a reputable and strong employee-oriented company. I have grown in capacity as a manager and I am looking forward to tackling this new position and additional responsibilities. “But I’m not doing this alone,” Bloomer added, “I am very fortunate to have the base laid out by former area manager, Keith Ruehl, and I hope to build upon this base with my wonderful team, whom I could not have accomplish so much without.” Bloomer has demonstrated outstanding leadership with U.S. Inspect, since joining the organizational team, according to Ruehl. “Jim has effectively developed an exceptional team of building consultants in his territory, and he has earned the respect of his peers and his clients, Ruehl said. He is an active member of area associations and chambers of commerce; and by his example many of his building consultants are members of various boards of realtors from Vero Beach to Miami. Before coming on board in January 2001, Bloomer successfully ran his own inspection company under the name of Signature Home Inspections. Reflecting upon his joining U.S. Inspect in 2001, Bloomer commented, “I had done very well on my own, but I thought I could really use the help of a great team to propel me forward to the next level.” And propel forward he has, as is clear from his promotion to this new position of leadership within U.S. Inspect. Jim is a
proud member of ASHI, FABI, NAHI, and 3 area chambers of commerce. He is
also an active affiliate member of the Realtor Association of Martin County. * * *
