U.S. Inspect Introduces
'First Year Anniversary Inspection'
Chantilly, VA - U.S. Inspect
today announced the debut of its First Year Anniversary Inspection, an inspection service performed prior to the expiration of a new home's first-year warranty.
"Builders often offer a ten-year warranty on major structural defects of a new home, but warranties on materials, construction and major systems usually expire after only one year," said Michael Murphy, U.S. Inspect Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. "The absence of a comprehensive home warranty leaves many homeowners and their sizable investment at risk. To address this need, U.S. Inspect is pleased to present the First Year Anniversary Inspection."
U.S. Inspect's First Year Anniversary Inspection provides a detailed visual evaluation of the home by a professional
building consultant just prior to the expiration of the warranty's first year. The homeowner will receive an inspection report that identifies all warranty-related concerns that the homeowner might then wish to bring to the builder's attention.
"The First Year Anniversary Inspection shows that U.S. Inspect cares about its customers," said U.S. Inspect President Brian P. Fimian. "We look forward to introducing many more products and services that bring confidence to home buying."
U.S. Inspect's First Year Anniversary Inspection is the company's latest addition to its list of more than 50 different inspection types.
