RELEASE U.S. INSPECT NAMES NEW DISTRICT MANAGER Chantilly, Va.—May 9, 2005—U.S. Inspect announced today that James Blackwell of Zionsville, Ind. has been named Midwest District Manager providing high-level marketing and operational support to U.S. Inspect teams in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. In his new position, which he officially assumes May 9, Blackwell will be responsible for supporting and over-seeing the multiple market areas while achieving growth and profitability. He is also charged with expanding market share through effective recruiting and targeted acquisitions. His responsibilities include monitoring inspector performance, facilitating marketing efforts, supporting recruiting efforts, establishing regional agreements and partnerships with other real estate and homebuyer organizations, and conducting seminars and continuing education courses. “This move brings to U.S. Inspect an inspection industry leader with a vast amount of industry knowledge and extensive field experience,” said Tom Carroll, U.S. Inspect Regional Director of the Western United States. “Jim is excellent at what he does and he is a great addition to our team,” said Carroll. “With his past experience, Jim is well-prepared for the responsibilities expected of him. He has nearly two decades of inspection experience and has performed approximately 7000 home inspections. He has been managing inspectors since 2001, including mentoring, managing partnerships, marketing, participating in recruiting, managing office staff, and facilitating inspector education and continuing education.
