Gate: broken hinges/latches; deterioration; rusted
Shrubs/Trees:

overgrown; touching house; ivy on house; dead tree; trees overhanging roof; roots close to foundation

Works/Stoops: settled and displaced; sloping toward house; stair spalled, split or loose
