Research indicates more than half of the home inspectors who enter the industry each year will drop out in their first twelve months. Before spending thousands of dollars on home inspection training, spend $30 to save yourself from making the mistakes that thousands of new home inspectors make when they enter the business.

In order to avoid spending thousands of dollars without being sure if you have the skills necessary to succeed in the inspection industry, you are invited to attend an information session entitled

"So You Want to be a Home Inspector!" on the evening of October 20 from 6:30 to 9:30PM.

The 3-hour session, held at our national headquarters near Washington Dulles airport, promises to be an interesting and informative event which will benefit those researching the inspection industry and those who have recently entered it.

Among other vital topics, the seminar will cover:

  • How to get into the business
  • Available training options
  • How to start the business
  • How to grow the business
  • Estimated start-up costs
  • Income expectations
  • Info on reports & operating systems
  • Info on licensing, associations, continuing ed
  • Mistakes to avoid
  • Common misconceptions about the industry

The $30 fee for the seminar will include food, drinks, an information packet, DVD's on various topics in the inspection industry, and access to industry veterans who can help you learn whether or not this is the career for you.

We will be limiting the class to 20 attendees and seats will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

RSVP: Please call Matt Conrad at 703-293-1405 to reserve a seat with a credit card.
